I will arrive dressed like a REDNECK ROCKSTAR with an acoustic guitar at the location you choose, and request the recipient by name. If the location is a business please let them know you have a singing telegram being delivered there. The only person surprised should be the recipient (not staff). 

I will present the recipient with 3 balloons, 3 flowers, stuffed animal/chocolates (if chosen), a short message composed by you, and perform 3 songs of your choice.
